The word TITHE is not a dirty word!
We've redefined it as a matter of FACT as opposed to a matter of FAITH!
Two Choices of GIVING...
Giving based on REASON - which requires NO FAITH at ALL!
Giving based on REVELATION - which requires nothing but FAITH!
Keep perspective on GENEROSITY...
Stewardship is LORDSHIP!
Lordship is SOVEREIGNTY!
Sovereignty is PERSPECTIVE!
Perspective is PRIORITY!
When we are being OBEDIENT to God and WORSHIPING God as the OWNER of our STUFF – our LIVES - the specifics of HOW or WHAT we GIVE... DON’T MATTER!
LAW-Giving vs. GRACE-Giving - Which is right?
Before you decide... know that every example of NT Giving BLEW AWAY the 10% standard of the OT!
Do you think the 2.5% avg GIVING of 2day's (NT/Grace) ‘Christian’ - is really demonstrating GRACE GIVING that is both OBEDIENT and ABUNDANT?
The TITHE is a starting point to Generosity!
When Jesus suggested His Disciples go a 2nd mile - He assumed they had already gone the 1st!
